This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker. Mark is a 30 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 11.9 feet (3.63m) south of back of curb of Forest Parkway, 17.9 feet (5.46m) north-northeast of corner of parking lot, 41.6 feet (12.68m) west of center of power pole.
