Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 22.1 ft. (6.74 M) north of centerline of driveway to "Mrs. Winners" restaurant, 62.5 ft. (19.05 M) southeast of center of catch basin cover, 4.5 ft. (1.37 M) southwest of center of post to telephone booth.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
