Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 18.7 ft. (5.70 M) north of northern most edge of pavement along Ga. Highway 138, 13.2 ft. (4.02 M) southeast of center of power pole, 23.7 ft. (7.23 M) southwest of eastern most guide wire anchor.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
