Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 8.4 feet (2.56m) south of southern most edge of pavement of Ga. Hwy. 138, 69.9 feet (21.31m) west of center of power pole.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
