Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 12.6 feet (3.84m) northeast of end of curb along Ga. Hwy. 85, 45.6 feet (13.90m) southeast of corner of back of curb along parking lot of J&R Plaza, 46.0 feet (14.02m) southwest of center of catch basin.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
