This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument set flush with ground, 78.8 feet (24.02m) northeast of northern most edge of sidewalk, 15.1 feet (4.60m) northwest of center of west end of railroad switch control panel, 23.2 feet (7.07m) southwest of southern most rail of railroad tracks.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
