Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 20.1 feet (6.13m) southwest of centerline of Parkridge Drive, 17 feet (5.18m) south of telephone switch box, 139.4 feet (42.49m) northwest of catch basin lid.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
