Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 39 feet (11.89m) east of centerline of Roundtree Road, 14.7 feet (4.48m) northwest of fire hydrant, 14.8 feet (4.51m) southwest of back of curb along parking lot.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
