Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 32 feet (9.75m) east of centerline of Old Roundtree Road, 16.3 feet (4.97m) northwest of power pole, 22.2 feet (6.77m) northeast of back of curb along Hwy No. 138.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
