Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 22.7 feet (6.92m) south of end of concrete traffic island, 10.0 feet (3.05m) east of edge of pavement of southbound lanes of Tara Blvd., 10.0 feet (3.05m) west of edge of pavement of northbound lanes of Tara Blvd.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
