Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 11.5 feet (3.51m) northeast of northern most edge of pavement of south bound lanes of Tara Blvd., 24.7 feet (7.53m) southwest of southern most edge of pavement of north bound lanes of Tara Blvd., 46.3 feet (14.11m) northwest of center of drop inlet cover.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
