Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 9.2 feet (2.80m) northeast of northern most back of curb along Tara Blvd. south bound lanes, 7.0 feet (2.13m) southwest of southern most back of curb along Tara Blvd. north bound lanes, 36.6 feet (11.16m) northwest of center of catch basin lid.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
