This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 19.1 feet (5.82m) northeast of center white line of west bound lanes of Hwy. 138, 46.2 feet (14.08m) east of center of catch basin lid, 88.2 feet (26.88m) northwest of power pole no. 12321.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
