Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a disk set in top of 8-inch diameter concrete monument set flush with the ground, 15.1 feet (4.60m) west of the centerline of Ga. Hwy. 314 - West Fayetteville Road, 15.2 feet (4.63m) northeast of the center of lid of a bellsouth manhole cover, 120.5 feet (36.73m) northeast of center of powerpole in front of 6712 West Fayetteville Road.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
