Mark is a 30 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 26.6 feet (8.11m) east of the centerline of the southbound lanes of Ga. Hwy. 85, 243.7 feet (74.28m) south of the center of a drop inlet cover, 36.2 feet (11.03m) west of the centerline of the northbound lanes of Ga. Hwy. 85.
