This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 52 feet (15.85m) northeast of back of curb along Frontage Road, 211.6 feet (64.50m) north of fire hydrant, 50.6 feet (15.42m) southwest of western most end of stucco "JC Penney Catalog Distribution Center" sign.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
