Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 5.6 feet (1.71m) northeast of retaining wall along Frontage Road, 5.3 feet (1.62m) southwest of back of curb, 54.7 feet (16.67m) southwest of western most post of "JC Penney Outlet Store" sign.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
