Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a disk set in 8-inch diameter concrete monument set flush with ground, 3.2 ft. (0.98 M) east of centerline of sidewalk, 17.0 ft. (5.18 M) northeast of centerline of power pole, 8.5 ft. (2.59 M) west of edge of pavement of south bound lane of Highway 139.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
