Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 40.6 feet (12.37m) southwest of centerline of Sullivan Road, 41.3 feet (12.59m) southeast of centerline of traffic island dividing South Ridge Parkway.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
