Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 44.3 ft. (13.50 M) northeast of centerline of Sullivan Road, 42.4 ft. (12.92 M) northwest of fire hydrant, 23.6 ft. (7.19 M) southwest of center of Bellsouth manhole cover.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
