Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 25.4 feet (7.74m) northwest of centerline of west bound lanes of Forest Parkway, 22.8 feet (6.95m) southeast of centerline of exit road from Farmer's Market, 90.9 feet (27.71m) southeast of center of catch basin lid.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
