Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a brass cap set by the Georgia D.O.T. near the intersection formed by Forest Parkway and Interstate 75, From southeast corner of bridge over Interstate 75 go 9.0 ft. (2.74 M) southeast, go 5.0 ft. (1.52 M) southwest from center of catch basin cover on south side of Forest Parkway.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
