This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a disk set in top of an 8 inch cylindrical concrete monument set flush with ground, 112.0 feet (34.14m) southeast of fire hydrant, 23.1 feet (7.04m) northeast of corner of block wall around Clayton Plaza, 3.0 feet (0.91m) southwest of back of curb along Ga. Hwy. 54, 5.0 feet (1.52m) northeast of power pole.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker. Destroyed by construction of sidewalk.
