Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 42.6 feet (12.98m) northeast of manhole in parking lot of Forest Square Shopping Center, 47.2 feet (14.38m) southeast of center of catch basin lid, 4.9 feet (1.49m) southwest of back of curb along Hwy. No. 54, 4.5 feet (1.37m) northeast of northeast edge of sidewalk.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
