This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 116.8 ft. (35.60 M) northeast of center of power pole, 30.5 ft. (9.30 M) east of chain link fence, 19.7 ft. (6.00 M) west of centerline of Highway 42. Across road from Clayton Fixture Company.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
