This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a railroad spike set 2.3 ft. (0.70M) north of face of curb along island dividing Lady Heather's Way, 30.6 ft. (9.33M) south of centerline of Panola Road.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
