Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 4.9 feet (1.49m) north of back of curb along Forest Parkway, 6.4 feet (1.95m) southeast of fire hydrant, 17.8 feet (5.43m) southwest of center of power pole.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
