Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 25.7 feet (7.83m) east of centerline of North Lee Street, 64.8 feet (19.75m) northeast of center of power pole, 72.1 feet (21.98m) northwest of center of fire hydrant.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
