This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 13.5 feet (4.11m) southeast of southeast edge of sidewalk, 16.9 feet (5.15m) northwest of centerline of Maddox Road.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
