Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 16.5 feet (5.03m) northeast of light post, 3.4 feet (1.04m) northwest of back of curb, 19.8 feet (6.04m) southwest of center of catch basin lid.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
