Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 41.3 feet (12.59m) southeast of centerline of southbound lanes of Hwy. No. 42, 58.6 feet (17.86m) northwest of center of power pole no. 84, 185.7 feet (56.60m) northeast of centerline of drive to shopping center.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
