This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch concrete monument with brass cap set flush with ground, 12.9 ft. (3.93M) southwest of center of catch basin cover, 8.9 ft. (2.71M) northwest of fire hydrant, near intersection of Mt. Zion Road and Richardson Parkway.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
