Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 8.2 feet (2.50m) northwest of center of manhole cover, 22.3 feet (6.79m) southeast of center of lamp post, 57.6 feet (17.56m) northwest of center of catch basin cover. Near intersection of Southlake Parkway and Mt. Zion Road.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
