Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 8.6 feet (2.62m) northeast of center of power pole, 5.5 feet (1.67m) south of back of curb along Mt. Zion Road, 27.9 feet (8.50m) northwest of a fire hydrant. Near Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
