Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a disk set in the top of an 8 inch diameter concrete monument set 0.25 feet (0.08m) below ground level, 36 feet (10.97m) west of centerline of highway No. 54, 30 feet (9.14m) northeast of power pole, 69.3 feet (21.12m) north of center of a fire hydrant, 15.8 feet (4.82m) northeast of Georgia Historical Commission Sign marked McPeak House.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
