Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 30.1 feet (9.17m) southwest of a fire hydrant, 43.1 feet (13.14m) northwest of centerline of westbound lanes of Ga. Hwy. No. 138, 36.6 feet (11.16m) northeast of center of power pole No. 80, between Chick-Fil-A and I.H.O.P.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
