Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 79.8 feet (24.32m) northeast of center of power pole, 46.5 feet (14.17m) northwest of centerline of west- bound lanes of Ga. Hwy. No. 138, 86.6 feet (26.40m) southwest of centerline of access drive to Damon's restaurant.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
