This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 46.4 feet (14.14m) northeast of gravel drive, 42.9 feet (13.08m) southeast of centerline of Hwy. No. 138 east, 66.3 feet (20.21m) northwest of western most of two power poles that reside side by side.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
