This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a disk set in top of an 8 inch diameter concrete monument set flush with the ground, 13.0 ft. (3.96 M.) northwest of the centerline of Fielder Road, 109.5 ft. (33.38 M.) southwest of center of power pole no. 185.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
