Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 22.8 feet (6.95m) southeast of centerline of Fielder Road, 8.4 feet (2.56m) northeast of corner of edge of pavement, 50.0 feet (15.24m) northwest of center of power transformer box.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
