Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 12.5 feet (3.81m) southwest of a fire hydrant, 29.4 feet (8.96m) northeast of centerline of northbound lanes of highway 138 spur, 27.4 feet (8.35m) northeast of center of catch basin lid. Just north Bamby Lane.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
