Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 24.4 feet (7.44m) east of centerline of southbound lanes of highway 138 spur, 20.3 feet (6.19m) west of centerline of northbound lanes of highway 138 spur, 18.2 feet (5.55m) northwest of center of catch basin lid. Just south of Bamby Lane.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
