Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a disk set in the top of an 8 inch diameter concrete monument flush with the ground, 68.1 feet (20.76m) north of centerline of Dixon Road, 30.9 feet (9.42m) west of edge of pavement of southbound lanes of Tara Blvd., 34 feet (10.36m) north of center of power pole.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
