Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Station is a disk set in the top of an 8 inch diameter concrete monument set 0.25 feet (0.08m) below ground level, 12 feet (3.66m) east of back of curb of northbound lanes of Tara Blvd., 31.1 feet (9.48m) west of back of curb at Tara Shopping Center parking lot, 183.3 feet (55.87m) southwest of center of Tara Shopping Center sign.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
