Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 40.4 feet (12.31m) north of centerline of Lake Jodeco Road, 59.8 feet (18.23m) west of centerline of paved entrance to L.E. Suder Elementary School.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
