Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 4.6 feet (1.40m) southwest of center of sidewalk, 31.7 feet (9.66m) northeast of centerline of Lake Jodeco Road, 105.1 feet (32.03m) northwest of center of a man hole.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
