Comments:

This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a disk set in the top of an 8 inch diameter concrete monument set flush with the ground, 22.3 feet (6.80m) southwest of centerline of Walt Stephens Road, 172 feet (52.43m) southeast of centerline of concrete driveway to Clayton County Fire Department (station no. 5), 110 feet (33.53m) northeast of center of power pole.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
