This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 42.1 feet (12.83m) southwest of center of catch basin lid, 50.3 feet (15.33m) southwest of centerline of Greenview Drive, 32.7 feet (9.97m) northwest of centerline of Walt Stephens Road.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
