This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Station is a disk set in the top of an 8 inch diameter concrete monument set flush with the ground, 28.7 feet (25.12m) east of center of power pole, 22 feet (6.71m) northwest of center of metal gate.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
