This inspection was part of the GPS monument network setup. Mark is a 24 inch long concrete monument with brass cap set flush with the ground, 19.7 feet (2.13m) west of wooden fence, 19.9 feet (6.06m) southeast of a fire hydrant, 130.5 feet (39.78m) northwest of intersection of fences.

This inspection was conducted to check current condition of monument and marker.
